TALC
Talc is a magnesium phyllosilicate, one of the most common minerals on the earth’s crust.
It is a very soft mineral, with lamellar structure and mainly of white color.
Mainly used in the paint industry as an opacifier and in the plastics industry as a reinforcing filler, it can also be used in the paper industry and in the production of rubbers.
In the ceramic sector it’s used as a refractory material particularly resistant to thermal changes or as a flux.
